Hilling Potatoes
Time to hill the potatoes. Why? Well, the plants are tall enough and hilling them makes sure that the potatoes that start to grow will be under the soil. If they poke out they turn green and won’t be good to eat. So we hill them. It’s a lot of work to do by hand. But, at the same time we get the weeds out too.
