Week 2 share list
Week 2 of the CSA is upon us. Only 19 more weeks to go! We still have a handful of share spots left that we will fill with pro-rated fees for this year. This week we had a very similar box to last week but unfortunately Kale was not included. There just wasn`t enough to go around so we decided to wait until we can give a bigger bunch. There was a full pound of spinach though!

What do you do if you have a lot of spinach? Make a pizza with a LOT of spinach on it!

And for good measure have a salad on the side with the “Sangria” butterhead lettuce you got this week. My favourite lettuce.
