So my plan is to start a CSA next year in St.Thomas. I have a lot more details to work out like delivery vs pick-up, whether to extend beyond St.Thomas, how big should the shares be and how much should they cost… All that kind of stuff. I will be researching and talking to people now to figure that all out.
Also, I will be going to the local market (St.Thomas Horton Farmer’s Market) for a few weeks in August / September to promote the new CSA. I will be selling maple syrup and garlic made / grown here on the farm. Exciting!
